No on 1, Maine's Marriage Equality

I am now starting to feel better since I came home from Maine, fighting for the Marriage Equality, No on 1 campaign.
I had a horrible flu followed by a rash that made my hands and arms swollen.

But now since my hands are almost back to normal, I can type easier to give my two cents on this campaign.

This campaign, from my viewpoint, was a very-well ran campaign! I have no regrets with how the campaign was ran. I am proud to say that I was a part of the campaign for equality!

My trip would not have been made without the help and support of my sponsors, Sally Lieber and Vanessa Cooper! I very much appreciate the opportunity you gave me for this experience.

I had an amazing time although I got sick. Maine has very nice people and it is a beautiful place!
I was also in New York City for a day after the campaign ended. Thank you Omar, CJ, and Ashley for putting up with my cranky sick ass! You guys still mean the world to me and I had fun spending this experience with you!

Clueless Tea Party Marchers

It is utterly sad that people are standing up for something that they have no clue about. People need to educate themselves if we are going to have a healthy debate! Where has my country’s intelligence gone?

Santa Clara County Health Advisory Commission

A few weeks ago, I received a call from Santa Clara County Supervisor Liz Kniss' Office notifying me that I was being offered a Commissioner position on the Santa Clara County Health Advisory Commission.

Long story short. The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors is voting on my appointment to the Health Advisory Commission on Tuesday. I will be sworn in right before the Commission meeting on Wednesday at 6:15, in the Board of Supervisor's Chambers.

I look forward to serving on behalf of my community on this Commission and I look forward to bringing many ideas to the Commission over the next four years.

Rachel Maddow: Rep. Joe “You Lie” Wilson & The Radical Right

When will Republican start realizing that their tactics have hurt them in recent elections?

I am quite pleased with President Barack Obama’s speech the Joint Session of Congress last Wednesday. Democrats have been known to stand up for everyone else except ourselves. We need to fight back and Win this Debate!!!

I supported Barack Obama for President because I felt he would do amazing things for the American people. I have my fingers crossed and my hope is still alive but Obama, he needs to stand up and be President. Be firm Mister President!

Proud to be a Democrat!
